This lady really knows her stuff. She is very educated and if she isn’t sure of something she is going to figure it out! I would most definitely use her again and again for my home and business. Thank you Brenda you are awesome sauce.

I recently purchased a home, post divorce. If you can imagine, my credit wasn’t up to par... that, combined with other personal hurdles, had me nervous that I wouldn’t qualify for a loan. To this day, I’m still not sure how she pulled it off... but she DID! Not only did she get me qualified... we closed 11 days after putting in our offer with the seller! As most of you are aware,  a transaction of this type requires consistent communication. Brenda is second to none when it comes to Answering her phone, texts, emails, etc.  I just can’t say enough about Brenda and the wonderful job she did for us! I have, and will continue to refer Brenda to anyone I come in contact with, in  search of the purchase of their home! On a scale from 1-10, I’d give her a 20! She’s outstanding!
