Since starting in the mortgage business over twenty years ago, ShaRee has worked in various positions such as processor, loan coordinator, and loan officer; as well as being in corporate headquarters, correspondent branches, and a broker office. Having this background gives her a better understanding of the various mortgage programs, how to navigate the entire loan process quickly, and recognize what underwriters like to see. Knowing ShaRee is confident in the mortgage procedures, it gives her clients a greater confidence in her!
ShaRee prides herself in helping each client to understand their mortgage; whether a first-time homebuyer or long-time homeowner, she is more than a mortgage loan officer she is a mortgage planner and educator! Being honest and straight forward, ShaRee is known to provide her clients with all possible solutions/programs for them to choose from; giving them control of their own financial needs and helping them achieve both short and long-term financial goals.
ShaRee is also passionate about being an involved mother to four active kids and supporting her triathlete/houndsman husband. She loves all sports and is an ESPN junkie. When she is not taxiing kids around or closing loans, ShaRee enjoys being outdoors, playing any sport, and being with friends and family.
